About Darian

Darian Gomez, also known as “Flaco,” is an emerging off-road racer from Northern California, competing as part of Gómez Brothers Racing alongside his father, Raul, and uncles, JP and Marcos. Racing in the Ultra4 Racing 4400 Unlimited class, Darian drives a UFO Fabrication buggy, car number 4490, powered by a Borello Race Engine, King Shocks, and 40″ Nitto tires. He began his racing career in the UTV class as a teenager and quickly transitioned to the 4400 class. A fan favorite for his bold driving style, Darian has been part of the Gomez family’s legacy since 2017, consistently proving himself in the sport’s toughest events.

Racing Achievements & Legacy

Darian showcased his talent early with a 2nd-place finish at the 2021 King Shocks Area BFE Beatdown, earning praise for his performance in a highly competitive field. In 2018, at just 17 years old, he set out to podium in every event he entered — a reflection of both his drive and potential. With every race, he continues to establish himself as a future leader in the sport.
